Last post on this, but yeah, seems we wouldn't want a nice tidy story-line getting ruined by something as trivial as facts. Furthermore, this idea that Obama is "talking white" and is using "white guilt" is pretty out there. How do you even deal with that?

Not sure if you've seen the video of Nader, but he looks wasted to me. They played the clip on MSNBC: heavy-lidded eyes, bright red nose, slurring his words, leaning into the camera. You'd think if the man was three sheets; they'd report it that way.
(None of this is meant as an excuse; what he said was both erroneous and repellent.)
