				<![CDATA[<p>It's true-- he's good. In 2004 he stole the show, and ended up being one of Kerry's most effective surrogates. Since then he's been lights out. Back during his velour period I wouldn't have thought he had a second act like this in him.  Any guesses as to how this happened? </p>]]>
