Every now and then, I wonder why people don't remember that other Christmas song that Run-DMC did.
And then I watch the video. Santa Claus judging kids with a malfunctioning Simon Says. Run-DMC walking in, finding two turntables and two mikes, and everyone *immediately* pulls off a coordinated performance. Yeah, it's just not the same.
Reminds me of the Peanuts gang running up to Charlie Brown's tree and flailing their arms around, and then suddenly the tree's healthy and everybody's singing. It makes no sense, and I don't care.
