Enjoyed this very much. Especially enjoyed the take-down of the idea that we are going to miss out on something wonderful from some wonderful writer because it's just too hard to be a writer and so said wonderful writer quit and we were denied all the wonderful things that he would have written if being a writer wasn't so hard.

I enjoyed this as well. I don't have a NEED to write, but I have an insatiable NEED to read and to learn and be uncomfortable with comfortable notions and ideas.

And I don't really understand twitter either, I don't care if Diddy is pissing or Jessica Simpson is shopping. What's all that about? Very peculiar.
