Up close, you look kind of like Rae. That's all I've got right now since I'm at work and will have to watch the video later. And with no small amount of anticipation, because I really enjoyed both parts of your interview on Fresh Air.

Enjoyed this very much. Especially enjoyed the take-down of the idea that we are going to miss out on something wonderful from some wonderful writer because it's just too hard to be a writer and so said wonderful writer quit and we were denied all the wonderful things that he would have written if being a writer wasn't so hard.

I enjoyed this as well. I don't have a NEED to write, but I have an insatiable NEED to read and to learn and be uncomfortable with comfortable notions and ideas.

And I don't really understand twitter either, I don't care if Diddy is pissing or Jessica Simpson is shopping. What's all that about? Very peculiar.

I'm disgruntled at your youthful appearance. How dare you be so young and talented?! (Insert smiling emoticon here.)
I agree with you on writing, like Robert Crumb, an artist is someone who does what s/he does because that person needs to do it.
